Room with the balcony

Anteroom + dining corner

The apartment has a huge anteroom, and a nice little space suitable for a dining corner, and decorated with a nice Tiffany-glass. This room is also suitable to receive a bigger crowd, as it is not bordering any other apartments, thus noise made here does not disturb your neigbours.

Kitchen

This is two pictures of the kitchen - one with natural light and one with artificial. (some pictures may seem dark, as it was photographed against the sun) A little still room belongs to the kitchen that is very useful, as you can store a lot of things there. The washing machine is going to be located under the sink. (you can only see the space for it now)
There is no dish washer, but there is a space for it. If you as tenant would like to buy one, the owner is willing to buy it from you after leaving. A nice thing about the kitchen is that the oven is locate higher, so you don´t need to bend down and struggle with hard and hot dishes as you take them out of the oven.

Guest room /Working space

It was quite difficult to take a photo of tis room. What you see is the half room, that can be emptied on your request. It is a perfect little room for receiving guests. You may be able to decipher the hand made rail of the loft bed and the stairs leading to it. It has a specialty, as it contains mountain crystals, as well. The room has on window facing the inner yard (that is quite silent) is also suitable for working space. A desk and lamps belong to the room.

Bathroom and toilet

The apartment has a nice and solid bathroom with a toilet seperate from it.

A special thing about the bathroom is the "all-engulfing" cupboard where you can easily store a huge amount of "bathroom equipment" - such as sprays, parfumes, towels, etc.

Balcony

A nice little balcony belongs to the apartment. It is not too big, but still suitable for sunbathing or to have your breakfast there.
On the photo you can see the Buda hills at the background (also the famous liberty statue of Hungary, the "Citadella") If you would look the opposite direction you would see the trees of the City Park.

The inner yard of the house

Budapest houses have very nice inner yards that is typical of the early 20th century architecture. Here you can see the yard of Damijanich 46. iswell kept and friendly.

The house

The house is located just 5 minutes from the City Park with jogging routes, lake, zoo, etc. The picture is taken just from front of the house - and you can see the trees at the end of the road.

TRANSPORT
The trolley bus nr. 70 has a stop just 2 minutes from the house. The trolley's route crosses "Király street" and the great boulevard of Budapest (József krt.), the end station is "Kossuth tér" the square in front of Hungary's parliament, just on the bank of the Danube. (The CEU is located a 5 minutes walk from there)
Both Kossuth tér and József krt. are junction points for tram, metro, etc.

The house is in a good condition. Six windows of the top roof belong to the apartment. /two above the balcony, and four on the right side/ The house wall - thus the apartment - is bordering an Research Institute for Medical Sciences, so there is hardly any noise coming from the neighbors. On the other side the apartments wall is bordering an old sculptor´s ateiler.
