Room with the balcony

Anteroom + dining corner

The apartment has a huge anteroom, and a nice little space suitable for a dining corner, and decorated with a nice Tiffany-glass. This room is also suitable to receive a bigger crowd, as it is not bordering any other apartments, thus noise made here does not disturb your neigbours.

Kitchen

This is two pictures of the kitchen - one with natural light and one with artificial. (some pictures may seem dark, as it was photographed against the sun) A little still room belongs to the kitchen that is very useful, as you can store a lot of things there. The washing machine is going to be located under the sink. (you can only see the space for it now)
There is no dish washer, but there is a space for it. If you as tenant would like to buy one, the owner is willing to buy it from you after leaving. A nice thing about the kitchen is that the oven is locate higher, so you don´t need to bend down and struggle with hard and hot dishes as you take them out of the oven.

Guest room /Working space

It was quite difficult to take a photo of tis room. What you see is the half room, that can be emptied on your request. It is a perfect little room for receiving guests. You may be able to decipher the hand made rail of the loft bed and the stairs leading to it. It has a specialty, as it contains mountain crystals, as well. The room has on window facing the inner yard (that is quite silent) is also suitable for working space. A desk and lamps belong to the room.

Bathroom and toilet

The apartment has a nice and solid bathroom with a toilet seperate from it.

A special thing about the bathroom is the "all-engulfing" cupboard where you can easily store a huge amount of "bathroom equipment" - such as sprays, parfumes, towels, etc.
